Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é leaps to 7th in The Complete University Guide 2017

‌The league table is based on ten measures: student satisfaction, research quality, research intensity, entry standards, student to staff ratio, spending on academic services, spending on student facilities, good honours degrees achieved, graduate prospects and completion. It includes 127 institutions.

This is the first time Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é has entered the top ten of the guide, passing the universities of Warwick, Lancaster, Surrey and Exeter.

Speaking about the 2017 guide Professor Robert Allison, Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é’s Vice Chancellor said: “This is an amazing achievement for our entire Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é community and is yet further evidence that Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é is one of the best universities in the country.

“Already this year we have won the  and two . To then secure 7th in the Complete University Guide shows what an incredible environment we have created here at Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é, and one we are all rightfully proud of.

“Rankings always fluctuate and universities go up and down, but Ãå±±ÂÖ¼é’s long-term trajectory is firmly upwards.”
