CSM member was awarded a Research Grant
Dr. Keme Ifie was awarded a BA/Leverhulme Small Research Grant.
His project, which will run till 2023, is titled Understanding the Drivers of Service Rule Enforcement by Front-line Employees.
The project will focus on gaining a better understanding through both qualitative and quantitative techniques of how and why Frontline Employees enforce service rules.
